Bodyshop Manager

North Oxford Garage are looking for a Bodyshop Manager.
Your role
You will take responsibility for the effective running of the Bodyshop department, maximising all opportunities to do business whilst providing excellent levels of customer service acting as an energetic role model to the team, a passionate advocate of the brand and a senior representative of the retailer. Your leadership will motivate the Bodyshop team to achieve agreed financial targets and quality standards.
Objectives of the Role
• To directly manage the Bodyshop controller and VDA team
• To maintain BMW Bodyshop compliance portal to ensure achievement of Bodyshop bonuses and pass annual audit
• To manage Bodyshop software to ensure accuracy of reporting and timely updates for insurance companies
• To negotiate and manage insurance contracts to maximise profitability potential
• To carry out and oversee an effective, regular performance review programme for the Bodyshop department.
• To plan and oversee all technical and non-technical training, in order to have the right levels of skill and competence across the department, whilst achieving manufacturer training targets.
• To develop a culture of ‘customer delight’ including the analysis and reporting on feedback trends, making continual improvements to advance customer service levels.
