Your role:
As a Prep Centre Assistannt, you will be responsible for tracking and pushing our unprepred cars through our process, ensuring that the right levels of communication with the team to enable the Sales Manager to make timely decisions around the future of each car. You will also raise estimates, update the prep data sheet, work with our technicians and drivers to ensure they are always well utilised, support the Prep Manager in all areas of this key part of our business.
Skills / Experience:
- Knowledge of Drive
- Previous service advisor experience desired
- Technical knowledge helpful but we would consider without this.
- Great communication skills
- The ability to work well and build good working relationships with a wide range of team members, particularly in our Sales and Workshop Teams
- Good IT skills
- And an eye for detail
