North Oxford Garage are looking for a Bodyshop Controller.
Your role
You will take responsibility for the effective supervision of the Bodyshop Team to achieve an agreed level of quality, efficiency and profitability and to promote high standards of operational safety
Objectives of the Role
• Ensure all technicians are ready for work at their start time wearing the correct PPE
• Maximise workshop hours available to achieve our daily hours target
• Complete weekly and monthly health and safety check sheet and action problem areas
• Ensure all workshop equipment is maintained and calibrated where required
• Ensure maintenance of EMAC Bodyshop management system for effective reporting
• Carry out and gain authority for Body work estimates as and when required
• Ensure loan vehicles are maintained, cleaned and ready for customer use.
• Manage the daily workload of painters, panel beaters and MET technicians along with Bodyshop valeter
• Ensure that the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained and follow up any customer complaints to ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner
