We are looking for an experienced vehicle Service Advisor to work on a mobile basis across our 3 Retail centres in Northampton and Oxford.
Reporting into the Service Manager, this person will be responsible for maintaining our ability to look after customers during periods of holiday absence of one week or greater at each of our BMW and MINI Retail Service operations. Advance notice of the following week’s working location will be provided.
The successful applicant is likely to have relevant experience in a quality-focussed modern Service department, and be capable of assimilating the knowledge required to look after our diverse and discerning customer base. Accuracy, quality, attention to detail, and a willing attitude are the most important attributes we are seeking, with an expectation that our in-house Labour sales and EVHC objectives will be capable of being achieved following a period of training and induction.
The role requires working 5 days per week, with no requirement for weekend rota working, and comes with a highly competitive basic salary, plus an attractive on target bonus earnings package. The successful applicant will need to travel to all sites in their personal vehicle, with reimbursement for travel costs at the published HMRC rates.
