Motorbike Preparation Coordinator
Are you passionate about motorcycles and meticulous when it comes to detail? North Oxford BMW is looking for a dedicated Motorbike Preparation Coordinator to join our enthusiastic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in ensuring every motorcycle meets the high standards associated with the BMW name.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the exceptional standards of preparation that are the hallmark of every vehicle we deliver.
- Ensuring the security and safe handling of all motorcycles within the preparation department.
- Coordinating timely preparation of vehicles to meet deadlines for handovers, deliveries, demonstrations, and more.
- Keeping the vehicle preparation area clean, organised, and operating efficiently.
- Monitoring and maintaining preparation equipment in line with recommended schedules.
- Promptly reporting any damage or defects noted on vehicles to the Motorcycle Manager.
