The Role:
As an Aftersales Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between our customers, partners, and internal teams. You'll provide expert advice, manage service enquiries, and ensure an exceptional aftersales experience that aligns with the INEOS brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all aftersales enquiries.
- Support customers and dealers with service, maintenance, warranty, and parts-related queries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve technical or logistical issues.
- Maintain accurate service records and track performance metrics.
- Deliver a customer-centric experience, ensuring satisfaction at every stage of the journey.
About You:
- You will ideally have previous experience in an aftersales, service advisor, or customer support role within the automotive sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
- Knowledge of vehicle systems, warranties, and service processes is highly desirable.
