If you enjoy multi-tasking, being a great team player, pride yourself in your high attention to detail and have experience of sales administration, preferably within the automotive industry, then we are looking for you!
What you'll be doing in the role:
• Raising invoices/credits for the sale of vehicle’s
• Settling finance when vehicles are sold and apply for vehicle funding on vehicle’s brought into stock
• Maintaining the MID database and Cooper solutions system FullControl for vehicles
• To liaise with other dealerships as and when required
• Assisting the accounts department by adding cost lines on vehicle records
• Review and amend lines on vehicles via the unreceived cost reports
• Co-ordinate Used Car funding reconciliations
• To maintain Demo- Swaps, Pre- Registrations
• Other administration duties for maintaining vehicles in stock
Your profile
You'll need to be a great team player, showing your ability to collaborate through offering to help and support the team where needed. This is a fast-paced role, the successful candidate will need to be positive, energetic and able to multitask, re-prioritising throughout the day where necessary. You'll need good computer skills - CDK Drive experience is preferred but not essential along with a helpful and confident telephone manner.
